Affluences' data processing and GDPR compliance

Affluences' data processing and GDPR compliance

When using its services, Affluences may process personal data.

Affluences is committed to process this data for strictly operational and non-commercial purposes while complying with the regulations in force (GDPR).

Booking service

Emails

As part of the booking service, emails provided are only used for operational purposes (to track and manage the reservation) and upon users' approval (when confirming the Terms & Conditions at the time of booking).

End User's Licence Agreement (T&Cs)

When using the service, the user accepts the related conditions, consent is given by ticking a box "I have read and accept the T&Cs".

To sum up:
- The users' email addresses are only used for the proper processing of a reservation
- The stored data is automatically anonymised after 12 months

WebAPI and Google Analytics

Web widgets (webAPI) are designed to share attendance information (occupancy rates, schedules, waiting times) on third-party websites. A Google Analytics tag is integrated into this webAPI to measure the number of visits to the tools to ensure their proper functioning and relevance.

  • No personal data is processed, accessed or stored through the use of webAPIs and Google Analytics tags
  • Users' IP addresses are anonymised to ensure their confidentiality
  • Cookies used by this service are scoped to the user's session. This strategy aims to prevent global tracking of one specific user among other websites

Affluences does not use Google's advertising features and does not store users' IP addresses.

Use of Google Analytics

  • Via Google Analytics, we only collect anonymous indicators for statistical purposes:
    • Number of displays and web page where the widget is integrated
    • Machine-related information: browser, operating system, browser language, screen resolution and traffic source (country or region, for information purposes)

As these data are anonymous from the moment they are collected, they make it impossible to identify them and therefore to store any personal data.

Data retention period

The email addresses retrieved by Affluences are stored by default for a period of 12 months and then anonymised.
In the event of termination of the service by the partner, all data relating to the establishment will be deleted from the database after 12 months or upon request with immediate effect.

Security guarantees in terms of security

The data collected is hosted in France on OVH servers and protected by regular system updates, the use of complex passwords and security mechanisms that limit connections.
This is to ensure an adequate level of security in relation to the inherent risks of processing.

If necessary, Affluences can provide you with additional documents outlining the cybersecurity measures in place.
