Dashboard
The dashboard and some of its functions are available as part of the Silver license.
Presentation
The dashboard is available for certain institutions wishing to have a real-time view of their insitution's crowd.
If you have several institutions, you can display the different indicators for the selected ones in succession on the same page.
You can find, live:
- The number of entries and exits for the day
- Occupancy rate
- Waiting time
The frequency of data transmission varies (from seconds to minutes) depending on the type of sensors, and can be affected by network quality and the proximity of routers.
Instant data update
It is possible to activate an instant data update.
This feature is only available for sites equipped with 3D sensors.
If you have this type of sensor, you can send an activation request by e-mail to the support team.
Activation will require a remote action on your sensors, and should be scheduled with our operations team.

Manual adjustment
It is possible to manually adjust the occupancy rate of the facility, this functionality is granted upon request and subject to certain conditions.
If the feature is enabled, an Edit button (pencil icon) will appear at the top right of the Occupancy box on the Dashboard tab.
After clicking on this button, the administrator can indicate a new observed occupancy rate.
This occupancy rate is converted into a correction on the gauge.
From then on, the occupancy rate will be recalculated with the new ratio during the next passes of the algorithm during the day.
The calculated correction is resetted every night.
Because of the way the algorithm works, it is necessary to wait at least 5 minutes between each modification.
