Preliminary information
The Affluences web portal is an interface that provides real-time access to all the data of your institution (occupancy, waiting time (both in real time and with regards to statistics), general information...). Access to this information is enabled via a web browser (secured protocol https), through an user account with a login and password.
The administration portal is accessible at admin.affluences.com.
To log in, use your credentials or the demo credentials provided by your Partnership Manager.
Note that your account will be temporarily blocked for one hour after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
On the web portal, you will find all of the functionalities of the Affluences solution classified under the following tabs :
- Administration
- Statistics
- Reservation
- Settings
Depending on your profile access level, some tabs may not be available from the web portal.
The Support button at the bottom left allows you to easily contact the Affluences Support team for any assistance needs or for any questions.
If a pictogram appears next to the name of your establishment, it means that it is not yet published in the application.
