Resource duplication

Once a resource has been created, it can be mass duplicated, so you don't have to repeat the resource creation process over and over again. A resource can be duplicated in as many copies as required.

To duplicate a resource, click on the New resource button in the Resource tab. It is possible to create one or more resources by duplicating an existing resource. To do this, check the box as shown below.


When this box is checked, the interface changes. Select the resource to be duplicated from a drop-down menu, and indicate the range of the series.

The resource type must be specified to be created, as well as the resource name. 

Caution: {x} is the value replaced by the starting digit up to the final digit of the series.




Example: in the above example, Seat 1 will be duplicated to create the following places:
  1. Seat 2
  2. Seat 3
  3. Seat 4
  4. Seat 5
These resources will be in the "Study Space" resource type.

To finalize the creation of these resources, click on the Create button.
