If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the Affluences portal, please check the following before contacting support:
  • Try another browser (Chrome, Firefox) without any extensions enabled → This helps identify issues related to browser configuration.
  • Attempt a connection outside the local network (e.g., using a 4G mobile hotspot) → This helps detect possible network restrictions.
  • Use a different device (preferably a personal one) connected to an external network → This helps identify restrictions specific to your computer.

If the issue persists, contact Affluences support and include:

  • A full screenshot of the page,
  • The type of browser used and its version.

To find your browser version, go to your browser settings and look for the "About" or "Browser Information" section. There, you will find the name and version of the currently installed browser to assist with technical analysis.
