In order to efficiently process requests, Affluences would like to be able to identify the role of the different people in your institution for optimal assistance.
This information is confidential and used only for operational purposes. It is not visible to users.

User management

The “User management” tab gathers the functionalities related to access and rights (permissions) to the administration portal.
Only administrators with User Management rights on at least one site will be able to view this tab: they will then be able to give access to the administration portal to other users and manage their rights on the various modules of the Affluence portal.

Key:
  1. 1 and 2: Ability to filter users based on their access to sites and their associated rights
  2. 3: Ability to filter users by their email address
  3. 4: List of all users for which it is possible to modify their rights:
    1. Access to the account details on the user's email address or by hovering the mouse over the account status then "View details"
    2. Possibility of deactivating/reactivating an account by hovering the mouse over the account creation date then “More actions”

Creating new accounts: invite a user

  1. Enter the email address of the user (or users, up to 25), then the language of the portal, then click on Next
  2. Select the sites to which this/these user(s) will have access by checking them in the dedicated bar, then click on next,
  3. Assign the desired rights (check/uncheck system) then click on “send invitation”:
    1. To assign all the rights available for the same site or all the sites, click on the “select all” button
    2. To assign the same right to all the sites concerned, tick the corresponding box
At each step, access and rights allocations can be modified by clicking on
  1. the "back" button
  2. button  
  3. the step directly desired, when a  appears
At any time, it is possible to abandon account creation by closing the window.

Confirm new user account creation

An invitation will be sent to new users to finalise the creation of their account.
By clicking on the link contained in the invitation, the user will be invited to define his or her password and thus be able to log into the administration portal.
Ensure that the email address entered is correct and accessible, otherwise the account creation cannot be finalised!
Once the invitation is sent, the user will have 48 hours to confirm the creation of their account. If the invitation has expired, an invitation can be sent again by clicking More Actions > Resend Invitation button

Assigning/deleting authorisations (rights) on the administration portal

An administrator with user management rights can assign rights to other administrators after creating an account for them. These rights can be accumulated.
An administrator cannot assign rights greater than their own.
When creating an institution, the administrator will automatically have the following rights:
  1. User management
  2. Show active messages and events
  3. Messages and events management
  4. Show timetables
  5. Edit timetables
  6. Edit information
To view an administrator's rights, move the mouse over "status: active" then click "View details".

Key:
  1. 1: Modify sites and rights (add / delete):

    • Validate the sites to which this user will have access by checking or unchecking them in the dedicated bar, then click on next,

    • Assign the desired rights (check/uncheck system) then click on “save changes”

At each step, access and rights changes can be modified by clicking on
  1. the "back" button

It is possible to abandon the rights modification at any time by closing the window.

Description of permissions (rights) on sites

User management
In the Settings tab, it is possible to create new users or change the rights assigned to users.
Only users with this right will be able to publish their site.

In the Administration tab, the subtab information can be viewed (without editing rights):
